How the 7-day free trial works, how cancellations are handled, and when MaintenEase issues refunds.

30-day money-back guarantee

Decent4, trading as MaintenEase, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. A customer who is not satisfied may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record. Visit paddle.net and look up the order with the checkout email, or email info@decent4.com for help.

Free trials

Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge; no refund is needed when no charge was made.

Subscription renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Current-period refund requests must be made within the 30-day window.
