# SMS notifications and opt-in

## What you will receive

Opted-in users may receive work-order assignments and status updates, inspection and checklist reminders, account and security alerts, and occasional service announcements from MaintenEase.

## Message frequency and charges

Messages recur based on account activity, typically up to about 10 per week. Message and data rates may apply, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

## Consent and opt-out

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for assistance. For support, email info@decent4.com.

## Submitting the opt-in form

The secure form validates an E.164 mobile number, such as +15558675310, and requires explicit consent. If JavaScript is unavailable, contact info@decent4.com for an accessible enrollment option.
